Todd O'Bannon is horrible stay away we have lived in a house for 2 months and want to move I feel bad for the home owner I don't think they know what kind of person he is please ask around before u rent or get a property manager everyone I have talked to said stay away from him!!!

I tried to call to get information from Tracy, and she was very dismissive and rude. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
I do not recommend todd O'Bannon relocation services he is very unprofessional they never call back when we have problems with the place we are renting he always is telling us we are getting evicted on the 4th day we are late just causing un needed stress on our familyÂ
Unresponsive to renters' needs
Definitely working for the homeowner and totally disregards renters' rights. Very disrespectful to military families. Would not rent through them again. Takes several weeks to respond to maintenance requests.
