My experience thus far at Courtyard has not been great. The management, although appearing trustworthy, is quite the opposite. They lied when we asked them a direct question about certain costs when moving in. There seem to be a lot of hidden fees. Also, the neighborhood isn't great. My immediate neighbors are okay, but others are on the property have harassed me. Moreover, people seem to just mill outside, aimlessly and somewhat suspiciously. To be honest, I really don't feel very safe here. The construction of the buildings is really shotty, too. Our building is actually crooked and the floor seems to be sinking in as much of our furniture seems unbalanced. The pool and fitness center do not seem to be well-maintained. All in all, I probably would not recommend this property to others.
