To sum things up:
None of the staff have any idea of what's going on.
They charged me for things that I had already paid for or taken care of (I have disputed and won on several different occasions).
They reported me to a collections agency before even giving me a warning that I owed them money (I did not owe them the $100 as accused).
They refuse to let me speak with anyone about this issue (and many other past issues) even after visiting in person.
They are completely rude when asked to do their job (try asking for maintenance).
They no longer spray for bugs (cockroaches everywhere and hiding in my clothing, silverfish in my closet).
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
