This place is infested with roaches. The rent is not what's advertised is triple. They don't clean apartments only change carpet every 2 years walls are dirty. They are lazy and charge a lot for this little apartments

Staff is unprofessional, does not communicate. And everyone has a different rule that is different from stated policy!!!

The office staff is rude

On the positive side, the staff have been very helpful and accommodating. On the negative side, the yearly increase I feel is too much for what I am getting. Furthermore the switches are opposite, meaning the kitchen switch turns on the dining room lights and vice a versa. My hot water is cold and vice versa.
