I have been without ac 4 times so far this summer, without hot water 5 times and no hot or cold water twice, the maintenance crew is incompetent and the manager has no morals (all she wants is for you to sign a lease). I hade a water leak from my toilet and fixed it myself because it took maintenance 4 days to show up. The pool is always dirty and often the pumps are not even on. When I complained about the pool,Polly who is the manager told me that the owners said the water and electric bill was to high and that is why the pool pumps were not on. This is ridiculous due the fact that this is a all bills paid complex. The drive thru gates are constantly not working, which means you can't get in or out with your car. They are replacing the roof and start at 5:00am every morning and acoustic from my celling is all over my furniture and bed. When I complained about this Polly the manger told me I complain to much and she would start evicting tenants if they do not stop. Every neighbor I talk to has complained about this or many other things. DON'T SIGN A LEASE HERE!!!
