My son and I lived at LP years ago. It was excellent. Recently stopped by for pricing and availability. Pricing is high but so is everything in Scottsdale. The units were initially constructed years ago as a condo development, not an apt. Architecturally, La Privada is not a cookie cutter product. The number of units per acre is low. I assume approx. 8 per acre as opposed to 24+/- for apt communities in Scotts. The onsite mgt. seemed professional. I have stopped at several competing communities in the area, the leasing agents were inattentive, grammatically challenged and unable to hide a multitude of tattoos, The frontline staff that apt owners deem acceptable to interface with prospective tenants tell me everything I need to know about the community. La Privada appears to be a professionally managed community.
