Life and living at Nexa is incredible. The Nexa staff is caring and diligent in their efforts to provide a great environment to call home. I only wish that the young (i.e. student) tenants were appreciative of this hard work and displayed the same level of care and awareness for the building and the other tenants that they share this complex with. Nexa truly does provide a unique and extremely comfortable living experience. Sadly though, some of these young tenants are too young to appreciate what they have and simply cannot demonstrate the level of care that a place like Nexa and its staff deserve. It's the lack of care and awareness displayed by these young tenants that I causes me to temper my otherwise strong recommendation to a potential leasee when thinking about joining this apartment community.

Let people know ahead of time that this apartment is full of college kids. Itâs ridiculous how many complaints from residents there are for normal people hanging out. If you want a quiet place donât live at a state campus.

It is a beautiful complex however it is extremely expensive, and not well managed at all. The staff in the office is rude and untimely, the only positive thing is the cleanliness and proximity to ASU.

When I moved 2,000 miles away from my family. I wanted to get my moneys worth and feel comfortable. I get half of that. Nexa needs to make some changes with amenities and staff.

I used to recommend this complex to all of my friends, but lately, it's fallen below my expectations given the price. See my other answers.
We are very pleased you are enjoying your home. As far as the noise only one side of the building faces the street where the rail is. We have individual that prefer this side due to the city views. However, if you prefer to stay away from that, we have multiple options. Thank you for your review and please let us know should you need anything.
