There are multiple issues with this place: 
1. Too noisy if you are planning to have a night sleep. There is no active security. And, the managers do not care about the noise. The only thing they say is "There is nothing we can do...". Party or gathering every night so that you can wake up at 3-4 AM because of the extreme noise. 
2. The maintenance is awful. If you ask for any maintenance, it takes a couple of weeks if it is not urgent. 
3. Did I mention that the employees in the management/office are rude?
