There's cigarette smoke everywhere
They should at least designate a smoking and non smoking area. I feel sorry for the kids that live there.
They seem to think that hiding the cigarette behind their backs when a kid walks by will protect the poor kid from the second hand smoke.
That's the only thing negative about this place besides the fact that they keep the parking lot gate open all day.
