The Monaco Apts. are managed by the same people as the Villa Serena Apts. so it is a good idea to check out reviews for those apartments. You can probably expect the same with little regard for tenants. Most recently they advised the tenants, AFTER they had closed off mailbox access due to renovations, that they wouldn't be able to access their mailboxes for five days.
