I have lived at Preserve at Blue Ravine since March 2014. I sincerely believe that the website falsely portrays what the apartment complex offers. Yes, the model “looks” wonderful. However, wait until you move in: dirty breezeways; dry rot balcony; appliances that are over 10 years old and do not work properly (for me the washer, dryer, refrigerator) of which maintenance has replaced parts – but the appliances have outlived their life expectancy. The general manager’s solution (as well as Sentinel Real Estate Corp who “owns” this property) replace with same “older” appliances OR incur an additional $35.00 per month for them to “upgrade” to stainless steel; I don’t need an upgrade and I already pay over $1,700 per month in rent – I would appreciate appliances that are in working order and energy efficient . Yes, some would say move, however, I’ve signed a 12 month lease.
