There is a heavy odor of pet urine in the hallways and common areas. Residents allow their pets deficate in common areas without disposing the mess.

Constant loud noise from the pool area, especially in the evenings and late at night. Quiet hours are not enforced, no path to resolving disturbances. If I am at the apartment on weekends I usually am wearing noise cancelling headphones at all times.
