Noticing other tenants have more than 2 cars and taking up majority of the free parking. Also notice more smoking than usual since we moved in.

I am very comfortable here and feel safe. The rent coat is worth the value and the neighborhood is calm

Overall great experience, rent is reasonable, its clean, close to freeway and small and quiet

I would its a nice place, I have not been here to long but i feel good here the place always looks nice and keep up. I have not lived in a place like this over 25 yrs I just sold my house and looking to buy another but im so glad I found this place we like it here. And thank you guys for all you do to make us feel comfortable and welcome.

I don’t think that you should have to pay extra to have a garage when parking is very limited, not enough guest parking spots

For the most part these apts Are great and are both the nicest and cheapest I could find and the location is great.

As long as they dont have to deal with the big brunette gal

It’s a great complex. It’s pretty quiet and well kept in appearance.

It is by far a wonderful place to live. There is mutual respect shown and so various folks from different walks of life can find this to be an inviting and welcoming place to raise their children and keep their animal companions in. The cleanliness is a treasure as well. I appreciate the safety via the gated community and the key entrance walk-through gate. We are living in perilous times and to have the added security surrounding the apartments is very comforting.

The Apts are nice but sometimes you get these noisy neighbors that have loud music lat at night on their garage. But I still recommend them.
