The property is well kept and in a good location with close access to the freeway.

The community had attractive rental rates based on the length of lease chosen and how soon residents opt to sign a lease. It was an attractive incentive to save money in the long run by committing to move in sooner and sign a longer lease. The community had a fitness center, pool and laundry room which provided a good value for the rental rate. The apartment was a good size and seemed to maintain a low temperature which was attractive in keeping utility costs down. The leasing agent was very friendly and mentioned the 24 hour guarantee which assured me that all maintenance requests would be responded to within 24 hours or I would get a $25 credit on my rent. This was another attractive perk.

I was very impressed with the community, its location, and the size of the apartment. I have not seen any apartments this size for the money. There is not much more you could look for in an apartment setting.

From what I saw on my visit there that day, if I needed an apartment, I would consider renting there. The grounds were very nicely maintained and I saw nothing that would cause me any concern. The leasing agent was very nice and gave me a lot of information that would make the decision process regarding the apartment very easy. I really liked her as a person and a leasing agent.

Moderately spacious apartments include all essential amenities, and there is a pool and fitness center in the community.

The leasing professional was polite and welcoming. She gave a nice presentation. She seemed sincere when talking with me. I would recommend to others.
