The design ideas were wonderful but the execution pitiful. The manager ignores residents' needs and there is no timeline for shifting from an under construction building to a livable building. You'll regret the tiny living space within a week - especially when you realize you either don't have water or it's too hard to clean your dishes, you can't get your mail because there is no mail room, or you find out management is renting out the roof again to the community and forgot to tell you (again).

The residents are quite lovely but I don't recommend joining the group of sad, unable to shower residents here at Eleve if you have any other options at all. Seriously, any other options. Like someone else's couch or a place that makes you commute an hour to and from work. It'll be preferable.
