I have been living in park Montair apartments for about 9 months now. It's a great calm divers environment. Walking distance to the park. The property management keeps the area in very good condition from the inside out. Every time that i have a problem with some something inside the the apartment management gets the problem fixed rite away.The neighbors keep to them self. They are polite and respectful. I have no complaints. The square feet of the apartment is large. I fill very safe coming home. Everything is close from the freeways,malls,movie theater,eateries and schools.

My husband and I love it here at Park Montair Apartments.  We have a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with a wonderful private patio.  We have been here just over a year and plan on staying till we purchase a home in the next year or 2.
