The management group for this property RPM Management does not provide good cleanliness or upkeep of this property. The onsite manager is a nice person but very fouls mouthed and acts put out when you need something done. There are roaches and the common areas are dirty and poorly kept. Stray cats have easy access to the building and roam the halls howling for food. They also eliminate on the carpets in the hallways. There is always trash on the side walks in front of and on the side of the building. Including furniture that has been left behind by vacating tenants. The dumpster area is always filthy. I don't recommend this building.
