Its expensive for what you get. Does are constantly broken (the one from 1st floor garage to the mail/ elevator room). Trash was poorly thought out - it is constantly overflowing as its sized to small for the number of residents. I don't think many people use the amenities. I don't. For me, parking space was the most useful.

horrible service when I put in a maintenance request nobody comes for weeks on end...

As mentioned before, other buildings offer more for the same price. Parking is insanely expensive. Security is not good. The main doors are not heavy enough to close and lock on their own. Sometimes even when I pull it shut it wonât lock.

It's definitely a bit expensive, but the location near the park and lake, as well as the overall cleanliness and maintenance on the building make it worthwhile.
