Apartment Review from a Current Renter

I would not recommend the apartment because of the neighbor noise and the high rate of rent for my 2 house cats and the fact that if I want to rent month to month you will charge me ANOTHER $100.00! I guess that is the penalty for not continuing to lease. I would do a month to month to see if the conditions improve, but not for a $100.00 more. I don't want to move, but it has to be reasonable.

I know that we addressed the dishwasher. Please let me know if this should arise again. Make sure that you are running the dishwasher at least once a month with vinegar to maintain.

I understand your frustration in regards to the dog barking all night. We have since resolved the issue so you shouldn't have this problem moving forward.
