I have recommended Hacienda to several people and actually talked to several potential residence looking at the place after hours. Quiet, no kids and location top the list. You really really really must reduce the drama and fear from a couple residents.

What makes up a community is its residents. Our forst years was great, unfortunatly we have lost many long term residents due to rate hikes. We have had a very transient community as of late.

The rent amount is reasonable at first and the courtyard is nice but the carpet in the hallways and the lobby could use an upgrade.
