This community has a fantastic location. It was well maintained and the customer service was good.

This was a beautiful apartment community with individual washer/dryers and secured parking in the heart of downtown Sunnyvale. They also had a very pleasant staff.

The community is located at almost a three way intersection of Sunnyvale, Cupertino and Santa Clara. The location is great if you are working in the IT sector, want your kids to attend within the Cupertino School District, and love to be around lots of diverse shopping and dining. The location should appeal to all. The property has an attractive amenity area. The apartments are spacious and a very competitive cost for the area.

The quiet community was beautifully landscaped with lush greenery throughout and surrounded by many tall mature trees creating a park like atmosphere. Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and great schools.

I was very impressed by the maintenance of the property and the fact that it showed the pride the staff had in working for the community. I received very attentive service and felt valued as a future resident.
