I was drawn to this community threw advertisements online, but visiting the property in person sealed the deal. Entering the leasing office, I was greeted and seated within minutes. Discussions of my needs and wants were answered without hesitation in a polite professional manner. As I was escorted around the property to view various floor plans, top notch amenities and enclosed garages, I wanted to be a River Oaks Resident even more.

Signing the affordable lease of my Tuscan floor plan launched me into the great experience of this somewhat luxury atmosphere. While my stay at River Oaks has been only months, I must admit that the staff is truly extraordinary, my apartment is unforgettable, the pool area is relaxing, I had no security concerns and being minutes from grocery stores/shopping centers is beneficial.

If I was not relocating due to a career transfer, it would be certain that I would request an extension of my lease. Upon offering advice to those, whom might be considering leasing an apartment, I would say “Sign the lease”
