From what I know now, I wouldn't ever want to live here. Entry ways are filthy with old carpet, drywall and patch work paint, scratches. Laundry is a rip off and machines don't work well. The windows that look out into the parking lot from the entry ways and stairs are covered in cobwebs, dead insects and leaves. Dog doo doo in the rocks all over the front areas. Entry and stairwells smell like marijuana all the time.
Inside, the carpeting is old and worn. Maintenance requests go un-answered. No one ever answers the office phone and the voicemailbox is full.
Don't be even a single day late on your rent because they will plaster all the offenders doors with 3-day vacate notices for all to see.
Great place if you are a teenage out of control kid or just don't care about your quality or standard of living.

I would probably recommend this community to my friends.
