My apartment was on the NE side where all the dogs went to the bathroom and the snow and ice piled up in the winter. Some of the office staff liked to gossip and spread rumors about the residents. I always paid my rent ahead of time and still received threatening notices on my door telling me they where going to evict me for late rent and I had to prove to them twice that my rent was paid in advance. They are inadequate and they offer poor service. The only staff there that was worth while was the maintenace staff. Certain amenities where forced on us like trash pick up without a choice and fines where inforced if trash cans where left outside the door for more than a few hours after trash pickup. I even had placed a bag of my dry cleaning outside and the trash people threw it away. I lost a lot of money on that and the apartment complex said they would do nothing about it.

When I moved out, I followed all rules, cleaned my apartment, garage and still recieved a bill and also was turned over to a collection agency which I had to prove to them that Vista's was in the wrong by conferencing them in on the call and they hung up on me and dropped the bill.

I would never rent from these people again.
