Apartments were not ready on time and the management from top to bottom constantly lied about progress. They have a flashy marketing program but could not deliver basics. Also used tricks to upsell insurance products and charge $15 to pay bills online

NEVER rent from this place. I made the huge mistake of signing a lease with the province. As an out of state student I had no idea of the actual condition of the building and they, did not inform us of that state. Less than two weeks before the supposed move in rate they informed us that the building was not completed and we would be STRANDED, HOMELESS, for two weeks (but knowing construction that could easily turn into two months). They are liars and cheats. NEVER trust this place.
