The leasing professional was a very professional leasing agent, and she was completely organized in her presentation. If I were to describe her in one word, it would be efficient. Parts of her presentation seemed a little over-rehearsed and mechanical, but overall she listened and reacted appropriately to my needs in housing. I would feel very comfortable working with her as a resident and would appreciate her professionalism.

The apartment was very nice and well maintained. The leasing agent was personable and well informed. She did better than most agents in her effort to make me feel comfortable and to meet my needs.
