I would recommend. If COVID hadn't happened this would be a wonderful place to live. Unfortunately given current circumstances it's falling short. I'm not receiving the value I'm paying for.

I would definitely recommend it but I am not sure how many people would consider Canvas due to the smaller apartments and higher prices.

The “common area” utilities are INSANELY high, and it’s even more frustrating when you walk by and see a vacant apartment with lights/ceiling fans, etc. on 24/7, and going into a common area i.e. rooftop lounge or community room and having it feel like a thousand degrees. I’m expected to pay for that?!
