Location, location, location! As a Rockies fan, this is my IDEAL location to live. Additionally, the amenities are great (with hopes for even more to be added!), community events are well thought out and presented, friendly staff all around, and I feel safe in the complex.

I would recommend! Great location, friendly staff. The only negative is that the elevators are super slow and when only one is running, it can take 5+ minutes to get a ride up

It’s gotten better - better but still leans towards a younger audience who takes less pride where they live - aka leaving trash, loud music, not cleaning up after pets, the mask situation was horrible but that’s coming to an end!!

I'm 50/50 on recommending. Overall, the apartment and the complex get the job done. I enjoy the size of my unit and the layout, but feel like its starting to look dated, like it was in style 10 years ago. I appreciate how helpful James has been with any questions and concerns, but feel like maintenance needs to step their game up.

The price of rent and parking here is significantly lower than many of the other apartment buildings in the area and I think the value for the price is good. There are definitely a handful of things that could be improved, but for the price, I do think this is a decent value.
