The apartment and amenities were very good. The onsite leasing associate did an absolutely outstanding job of presenting the apartment and attempting to closing a lease.

The idea of being able to look out every day at the mature trees and landscaping is very appealing. The staff are knowledgeable and eager to assist.

The community was like the other one across the street. There was nothing remarkable or disdainful here.

The community felt tired. The model that I viewed seemed updated as far as paint and carpet goes, but the layout and the other features, such as the closet doors, were very dated. The overall amenities were slim, but they were there. The clubhouse was very pleasant and well decorated. The parking situation seemed reasonable as well. The associate did not ask me any questions about what I was looking for, just went through the motions of showing me a two bedroom model and explaining the price of it. The community seemed okay, but the associate's level of personalization was very lacking, making me feel like she was indifferent to me and my needs for a new apartment.
