This property offers an upscale living experience, close to downtown Littleton and the light rail.

The property is equipped with great amenities. The apartment sizes were well done with maximum space. Great location to downtown Littleton with Light Rail accessible. The idea of calling the community home was complete.

A few signs strategically placed would help people find the community. Also, I did not see a community sign on any of the buildings that would be visible from afar. Maybe that could not be done legally. But since it was right off Santa Fe, a busy street, a large sign could be seen by many.

The community was situated in an industrial area and the views from many of the apartments were of parking lots, machinery and stacks of wooden pallets. When I visited the community, about 75 percent of the parking spots were already filled and I saw several people cruising the lot in search of a space. The community clubhouse was light and airy. The pool area was well maintained. The beautiful interior amenities more than compensated for the stark, industrial neighborhood outside.

The community amenities consisted of a year round circular swimming pool and hot tub, a business center with three computers, a gazebo area with barbecue grills with a gorgeous view of the mountains. There was a 24 hour fitness center with state of the art equipment. There was no extra charge to use the printer or computers. The upkeep of the common areas throughout the property was meticulous. Great care and attention to detail was made; just what I would expect from a community like this. The rent was an above average deal for the money, good value for what I would receive. The leasing professional was upbeat and enthusiastic, a good listener, polite and professional.
