I moved in here because of low income option and it's a "newer" building. However upon moving in I've discovered that everything is very cheaply made.

When I moved in here, four months ago, the management and staff were super nice. But in the last month they've hired and fired their staff at least three times. The new staff is ok but not at as nice as the original team. They now treat us tenets like rubbish and have become very direct with "new policies."  Plus the office is only open from 8 to 5 Monday through Friday which makes it hard to pick up packages or conduct business if you have a day job. 

The units are very noisy. I can hear my neighbors (and their dogs) because the walls are paper thin and I hear the sirens of emergency vehicles all night long because of cheap windows. 

The units have no storage, the kitchen hardly have any cabinets, the bathrooms have no medicine cabinets, the countertops are extra high and if a lightbulb burns out you have to replace it yourself (which is hard if you don't own a step ladder).

Lastly there is no parking for guests and no amenities like a gym or clubhouse. 

The only positive things going for it is that it looks nice on the outside, has lots of natural light, has underground parking, and is close to downtown.
