The above does not include the neighborhood noise of motorcycle rednecks and their loud engines at 5-6 in the morning, the trash strewn about because there are no lids on the dumpsters (so every week there are raccoons in the dumpster) and they are often overflowing, and the poor general upkeep of an aging complex that is not well cared for. It is literally falling apart. Other reviewers pictures are accurate and other reviewers negative assessments are also accurate in regards to trash and poop. Construction work seems never ending by the management and/or the city of Westminster who cannot seem to get their work done correctly.You should understand that this place charges pet deposit and pet rent (25/per animal), so if you think the posted price is what you will pay, think again. For my one bedroom and I live alone, they charge a bill processing fee of $6, water/sewer/trash is not included in the rent. You have to pay for the community cable (Comcast), there is no choice in that matter @ $40/mo. So what would be a $920 apartment comes out to a lot more. If they took care of this place I wouldn't be so critical of these charges.

Seriously, look at other alternatives. Between all the hassles, it's just not worth your money.

The bright spots are the apt. manager, who deserves a much better job, and the other tenants are relatively quiet.
