I have lived in the Granite for approximately one year and I highly recommend it to anyone considering living in Daytona Beach, FL. The location is excellent (only 10 minutes from the beach and within five minutes from many food and shopping establishments); the apartment staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful (especially Alissa and Ashley); all maintenance requests are timely and satisfactorily performed; the price is relatively low; the amenities are fun; the community is safe and welcoming; and the apartment itself is updated and spacious.
