The place looks nice and very well maintain.
I love the lake view and how peaceful it feels everything around it. The neighbors are very nice and friendly. Children can play outside and feel safe. The community in general is a very nice place to live.

Not bad but it needs improvement.
I have lived here almost a year. The air conditioner has broken twice, the third they replaced it. The fridge has always been broken, leaks water. Can't find AC filters had to buy my own. No pest control on a monthly basis. I live next to a small island type piece of land that seems like a pond most days. Mosquitos are out of control and no pest control for outside. The top room in the apartment gets like 90 degrees no insulation whatsoever. I will be leaving when my lease is up.

This community is great and the staff it's really helpfull. I have just one problem from a few days ago, the neighbor from the apartment above make noise and is continuining hitting things during all night somethings until 2am.

knowledge: the front girl does not know anything and gives misinformation,
and the manager Michelle Garcia does not care and this always out of the office
helpfulness: as they do not know will not they no help you
and overall service level : is so poor
