The visit to the Spring Lake Cove was like going home. I loved the community with the green grassy areas and the walking path. The senior cottages offered everything a stand alone home would offer. The staff were all very friendly.

The community was adequate and would be an acceptable option for me to raise my family.

I felt comfortable as I pulled up in front of the club house. It is a very attractive setting. The grounds are beautiful and are maintained well. Every resident we passed spoke to us. It is a warm friendly atmosphere. I liked the pool and fitness room, and fact that it is so close to the Villages is great.

I liked the fact that the community was kind of tucked off the main road and gave the feeling of a more private area. The property was kept very neat and clean, which is very important to me.

Overall, the community was nice. The gym was a little small.

The leasing agent was at her best, however she needs some help in the office. I enjoyed the property, very nice and clean. I think its great to offer clean affordable housing for everyone. The prices were great and the apartments are nice. I felt like if I were to live there, that the people I met today would listen and do their best to accommodate my needs. Unlike other apartments that get you into a lease and ignore your concerns. If I was in the the market for an apartment I would definitely consider them.

I had a wonderful experience with the visit. The leasing agent was great. He was a real champion for the management company. He told me about the help that they gave its residents when they wanted to buy a house. The leasing agent talked about all the special offers that the company had to offer. The wonderful work that the company did for its employees, residents, and in the community.

This was a well maintained property. It had mature trees, which gave it charm and beauty.

The leasing professional seemed to genuinely like the property. Things were well maintained. I would be very comfortable living there.

The community was nicely maintained and the apartment was appealing. The gym was quite small and limited for my needs but would work when nothing else is available. The pool area seemed large and well stocked with chairs. The amenities such as the business center and picnic areas were a nice touch. The appliances, counter tops, and floors/carpets were very nice.
