I used to live at the Bartram- and then they kicked me out. When they originally opened they knew that there was an issue, so they decided to not lease the top floor of apartments and ignore the issue. Then, come to find out it- the issue was serious... MOLD. So, they send us a letter saying we had 30 days to get out. MAYHEM. We had to vacate our apartments in May, with no concessions or credits. Now, over a year later they are still trying to get me to move back there but there is no way they completely fixed the problem in that short amount of time. One of my friends moved in there and she is leaving because her apartment "smells". Would not recommend this community.
