I was actually looking at apartments across the street when I stumbled onto this gem last year. The staff was so friendly and courteous that I signed up that day to rent a 1 bedroom apartment. The apartments are very well done with great space for a mixture of furniture as well as the TV area helps greatly for space saving. If it was not due to my job I would have easily extended for a few more years at Arbors. There is a great fitness center along with 2 nice pools to enjoy on a hot or even cool day. Maintenance here was top notch and was able to quickly respond to any maintenance emergency well within a 24 hour gap of when the service was requested. The staff was very helpful and friendly and answered any questions that we had. I would easily recommend and have recommended this apartment complex to anyone interested in moving to the Orlando area as you have ample restaurants within a mile walk from the apartments as well which makes for a great time especially with all the nice weather.
