The community was nice, but dated. The lease rates were slightly higher than surrounding communities. Update the leasing office, so that it would be a more conducive atmosphere for leasing. The leasing staff was friendly and professional.

I found the whole customer based experience to be a pretty good one. There were some upgrades being done and the Leasing Professional was friendly and inviting, which made things go a lot smoother.
