So far so goo
Renting from CAH and I've had a couple minor maintenance issues. Everything this far has been resolved. The only issue is I have a pool that requires maintenance. The stairs are cracked and missing chunks of the surface. I am hoping as the pool water clears and they can see damage, it will be repaired timely.
