Apartments are very nice! Love the fact of parking on the floor you live on. Great amenities.
The 2 stars is based on the management. Shanovia is great!! The other 2 males that I have dealt with are a different story. It really feels like you are bothering them when you call there. Just try to deal with Shanovia. Probably would not be living there if I dealt with them from the beginning. Also make absolutely sure of the apartment that you pick. The people above me are extremely noisy. It is a 500 transfer fee just to move to another apartment on the highest floor. Seems a bit extreme. Not moving out - just to a different apartment.
I would say that the "welcome home" attitude there doesn't last long.
