BEWARE OF THE MAJESTIC OF BALDWIN PARK IN ORLANDO
WARNING IF YOU PLAN ON RENTING FROM THE MAJESTIC OF BALDWIN PARK!!
This has been a 7 year nightmare for me after I rented there! Alex and Anthony of the current rental managers could care less honestly. They have jobs.
The real truth about the previous and current property manager Assistant Manager Anthony. I moved into the Majestic in 2005 and paid my rent on a time and never missed one payment for about 4 years..
In 2007 I was a part of the mortgage meltdown where the company I was working for 5 years literally closed its doors and laid everyone off. I managed to get another job in 4 months but not at the same income levels. I could no longer afford to make rent payment and it was my final month of lease. They would not negotiate what so ever. So I was forced to move out and later a $4200.00 collection on my credit. I have attempted several times to pay this account off over the last year. They wanted the full amount or no deal.
In Feb of 2015 I contacted them via their collection agency and they agreed to take a one time payment of $1500.00 with no payment plan. I did not have the money for full payment until just recently which I had to borrow from my parents so I could pay them to get a new job which I needed to have paid for a Florida License. So now I have lost a good paying career move thanks to the Majestic and its staff and rental company.
This is what kind of community you would move into at the Majestic of Baldwin Park. Heartless and uncaring and all about their bottom dollar. This drops off my credit this year so I wil never have to hear the word THE MAJESTIC OF BALDWIN PARK!
