IT IS NOT WORTH IT
This is for my dear students and hard working people out there:
Don't be fooled by the location or the small difference on rent price compared to nearby places, IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!! First of all the place is old and when appliances and other stuff start to break down(they will) and you send a service request, they will either ignore you or send somebody after literally a month. Unless you move all the way in the back of the complex,good luck finding parking after 6 p.m.
On top of that,they don't give you your security deposit back because they changed the name of it so they can make it "non refundable".If you're a student or somebody that is always working and time is precious to you ,STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!. It will give you more headaches than it is worth it.Â
