The community was very clean and attractive. The office was inviting and very attractive. The villa was clean and furnished beautifully with modern décor and was very impressive. I would love living in the community. It was a very serene community.

Our Apartment is very nice and the community is well maintained. Having lived here for more than 6 months I have 3 faults I have found. They are constantly inspecting your apartment, they essentially want you to have nothing on your back porch, not even potted plants. The gym is tiny but its usually empty, my issue with the gym is the largest free weight they have is 10lbs. There is also a serious lack of parking. The Apartment itself is nice and new looking but you can tell cheaply made.

Great Amenities, Location, and Apartment Home!

We love living at Brookhaven! We are close to our jobs, shopping, beach, and highway. The location can't be beat! Also close to the city events at Central Park & the movie theater. We love that there are sidewalks throughout the community and it is very well lit to walk our dog. Also love how quiet and peaceful it is. The pool and hot tub are just an extra bonus! Our home is spacious, energy efficient, and comfortable. The new construction keeps our utilities SO LOW!
