Although this complex was advertising a special waiving the application and administrative fees, they required me to pay them ($450.00) stating since I was applying online and was out of state they did not know how to override the fees being charged in the computer system. I was told that they would be applied to the first months rent or returned to me if I could not that the apartment. I ended up not being able to take the apartment and was assured by the manager and the regional manager my money would be refunded. It has been 6 months and I have received only $250.00 of the $450.00. The even sent me a check that had a stop payment on it. I would not recommend giving this complex or management company any money.
