People are constantly moving out, you don't see that til you move in- then its too late. There are many extra fees including insurance, 20 trash fee and a 65$ water bill ( for one person) that make this place not worth the money. Very thin walls, dog feces all over the place and selective enforcement of the rules- no bicycle allowed on some balconys. Not a good value. There are much better apts in the area for less money.
