Paper thin walls
If you want to hear your neighbors through the wall when you lay down at night and pay a premium to do so then this is your place. Very cheap structure. It's like living in a drum.
You can't enjoy your patio for all the bugs and frogs, but the  apartment is nice, it's quiet and located near all stores and highways which makes it nice for me because I am closer to my job and do not have to go far to go to the  mall or out to dinner.
