I have been living at the Plaza Apartment for a while. Since then we have changed management companies to reach now the best one so far, Lynd Mgmt. Co. has done lost of upgrades to the Plaza during the past three month. The Plaza is close to everything and the prices are not too high. The community caters to families and students. The property is older build about 35 years ago. I will recommend this property if you are looking a close location to FSU, FAMU and TCC.
