As I pulled into the community, I noticed that the outside of the buildings appeared to be well kept. The parking lot was clean and free of trash and debris. The landscape was neatly manicured. The bushes and grass appeared to be recently manicured. The leasing office was clean and organized and the interior decorations were done, so that it felt like the inside of a home. Both leasing agents that I met were friendly, helpful and conversational. There was a lot of water standing in front of one of the apartment buildings, but it had rained on Sunday.

The curb appeal of the property was good, but not excellent. This property has lots of potential. The building colors and display reminded me of townhomes. Property location is close to shopping and entertainment. The insides of the apartments are very spacious judging on the apartment that I toured. I felt some disappointment in the community staff because they did not consider how I would feel with the conditions of the apartment shown to me.

This community was meticulously maintained. The apartment was spacious. The agent was engaging and friendly. However, the property manager was rude. Four times they entered the office where I sat but never acknowledged me. They interrupted my conversation with the leasing agent, but failed to apologize. They carried negative energy into an otherwise pleasant experience.

This community felt comfortable and appealing. The floorplan was TOPS!
