I never write reviews like this, but I think everyone needs to know one thing about Bell Windy Ridge: BEWARE THE RENEWAL PROCESS. My roommate and I were told 61 days before our lease ended that our rate was going up 11%. We asked to negotiate and went back and forth with apartment management for one month. We went to give our notice that we would not be renewing our lease because the rate had not decreased and were told we had to give 60 days notice. Instead of negotiating, the apartment complex contends that we should have decided within 24 hours whether we were moving out. Now we are stuck in the apartment for an extra month, paying a month to month rate 30% higher than our current rent. We will definitely be moving to a new complex.
