I love the area that the apartments are in! The area is safe and I never have any problems. However, when I was looking at the property the agent told me about all these wonderful things the property does for it's residents. I have seen only one of the things he mentioned happen once in the entire year I've been here. Only half of the machines work in the fitness center. They have been "waiting on parts" for an entire year. the only reason i didn't move out when my lease was up was because I couldn't find the perfect place and I didn't want to settle on anything and it be like where i live now. Also, they say that a member of maintenance will escort the bug spray people or the people that inspect things. One day I came home while they were inspecting and a member of maintenance was not with him. He was in my apartment by himself! Bad business...the staff is nice though..
